Our founder started Parkinson’s Together after witnessing the physical, mental, and socioeconomic toll of Parkinson’s disease on a friend she made at a retirement home. Although unable to provide medical assistance, our founder mobilized a motivated group of students and professionals to offer nontraditional support through multidisciplinary projects and initiatives.
Today, Parkinson's Together 501(c)3 is a collaborative organization comprising of students, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and others from a variety of disciplines dedicated to supporting Parkinson's patients in various ways.
